Do you offer a discount for multiple dogs?
Yes, to qualify, dogs must be from the same owner and/or live in the same household.
If my dog is vaccinated today, can I board my dog tomorrow?
Dogs need to have their vaccinations at least two weeks prior to coming to our facility.
How old should my dog be to board and/or attend daycare?
All dogs should be at least 3 months of age and have all their required vaccinations. Puppies require all sets of shots for their age. The recommendation is you consult your Veterinarian.
Do you accept unspayed/unneutered dogs?
Yes, unspayed/unneutered dogs are welcome at Karls. If needed, they will be separated from other pets and receive one on one playtime.
My dog is great with people, but doesn't like other dogs. Is this a problem?
No. At Karls Place your dog can have individual exercise.
What happens if my dog becomes ill while in your care?
At Karls there is quarantined area. The first line of defense is to get in touch with you or your emergency contact. If this is not possible Karl’s House will seek out the veterinarian you have provided us with, at your expense. Karls Place will also have a 24/7/365 veterinarian available if that is your preference; charges will apply.
The way our booking system works it may show availability when there actually is not any. You will be notified by email if we are full.
